Michael worked at King Sturge in Manchester before being drawn to London and Cardales (Deutsche Bank) in 2001. He continues to forge ahead with all manner of professional and contractual instructions; working with commercial and residential clients, throughout London and beyond.

David has worked in private practice in Central London for over 35 years and has the grey hair to prove it. He has experience and expertise in most aspects of the technical side of the property world. His client base goes back 25 years.

With over 35 years of building consultancy in Private Practice, and with many of those years working alongside David Botley and Michael Byrne, there is only one word that Peter most expects to hear from his Clients - "Result!"

JOHN MURRIN BSc MRICS

With over 25 years working in private practice, John has gained experience in a wide range of commercial and residential property matters. Defect analysis and dilapidations are two areas where John has developed particular interest. Having known David Botley for over 20 years, John is delighted to be joining the BotleyByrne team.

A close compatriot of David Botley since the late 1970s, Mikael specialises in party wall matters. He has written extensively on the subject and knows the Party Wall Etc. Act 1996 inside out. No appointment is too small or too tricky for Mikael.
